MCW Law

 circa 2023

MCW Law is founded and operated by Matthew Campbell-Williams, a passionate advocate for those charged with criminal offences, those who are incarcerated, and those fighting for justice. Matthew believes that those under the weight of the criminal legal system, especially those who are in jail or prison, deserve to be fought for and represented zealously, whether they are guilty or innocent.

How We Work

Being confronted with a legal problem can be very challenging and scary. Here is how we will help you. Being a client of MCW Law means that we will work together to handle your case. There will be an open line of communication at all times and you will never feel like you are just another number.

When you come to us, we will have an initial consultation where you can discuss not only your immediate legal matter and the existing challenges associated with your position, but also your needs and expectations with respect to the different outcomes of the legal problem. We will further discuss the potential timeline of your legal matter, the fees and other related concerns that you may have.

We will be in contact with you to discuss your case at every step of the way. This is YOUR legal case and you will never be kept in the dark about what is going on.
